Claverack Project

Claverack is a small Town about 30 miles southeast of Albany at the intersection of Route 23B and 9H. It is in the preliminary phase of design and will include a mixed-use project to include a small restaurant, retail space and 5 affordable apartments. The site had been previously developed, but fallen into disrepair. This new mixed-used building will provide a new vitality to the downtown center.
