The office complex for Southampton Developers LLC is currently under Planning Department review. Making use of an abandoned lot on County Rd 39, near the heart of Southampton, this project strives to bridge existing commercial and residential development.

The design elements are derived from vernacular rural architecture, but the building will include modern technology features such as photovoltaic electricity supply and high efficiency geothermal HVAC systems.
