This Westhampton Beach Dune Road condominium built in the 70’s is in desperate need of a facelift. The owners asked us to design a new facade for the street side of the building, and in the bargain got a solution to the wind protection tissues they bear over the winter months. The blue and white curtain wall that is proposed to attach to the balcony rails is made of blue anodized perforated aluminum and tight knit chain link fabric. The curtain wall is intended to suggest the ocean, its ever-present swell, and the breaking waves.
